Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Celestia VPN, operated by BrainScale Solutions LLC (the "Operator"). Using the Service means you agree to these Terms.

0. Service purpose

Celestia VPN is intended solely for the protection of users' personal data on open networks. The Service is not a tool for circumventing the legal restrictions of any jurisdiction; users agree to use the Service in compliance with the laws of their country.

1. Services

The Operator provides access to an encrypted VPN infrastructure on servers in Europe. Access is activated automatically once payment is confirmed and remains active for the paid period. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for outages caused by factors outside its control.

2. Account

  • A Telegram account or email address is sufficient to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your subscription URL and your linked Telegram account secure.
  • One subscription is for a single user across their personal devices. Sharing your subscription with third parties may result in restricted access.
  • The Operator may enforce reasonable bandwidth limits and a cap on concurrent connections.

3. Payments

  • Available payment methods: Telegram Stars, cryptocurrency, bank card, SBP.
  • The Service does not auto-renew. Renewal requires a new purchase initiated by the User.
  • Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
  • Using the Service to conduct fraudulent payment operations or chargeback abuse is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • commit actions that violate the law of your country or the jurisdictions where the Service operates;
  • send spam, conduct phishing, or distribute malware;
  • carry out DDoS attacks, port scanning, or other network attacks;
  • distribute material related to exploitation of minors, terrorism, or extremism;
  • infringe third-party intellectual property.

The Operator may suspend or terminate access without prior notice and without refund in case of a breach of these Terms.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last paid subscription period.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
